Unisystems is a local, family-owned and operated HVAC-R company. Founded in the late 2000s by Petr Lupulyak, who immigrated to the United States from Ukraine in 1999 with a strong determination to build a better future through skilled trade work. Shortly after arriving in America, Petr pursued an education in appliance technology, recognizing the importance of hands-on expertise and technical knowledge. Due to limited job availability, Petr expanded his trade knowledge in to HVACR.
In 2001, Petr completed HVACR studies at Bates Technical College, where he spent several years developing a deep understanding of system diagnostics, mechanical operations, and industry best practices. This education laid the groundwork for what would become a long-standing career in HVAC services across Western Washington.
In 2010, Petr officially founded the company, focusing on residential and light commercial HVAC services. As the business grew and evolved, it was rebranded in 2017 to Unisystems HVAC, a name that reflects a comprehensive, system-focused approach to heating and cooling solutions.
Paul, Petr’s son, followed in his father’s footsteps by pursuing formal HVAC education and entering the industry with the same dedication to technical excellence. After completing HVAC school, Paul worked for established HVAC companies to gain real-world experience and secure the proper licenses required to operate at the highest professional level.
This period allowed Paul to refine his skills, learn modern HVAC technologies, and understand the evolving needs of homeowners and businesses. By combining industry experience with formal training, Paul brought a new generation of knowledge to the company while maintaining the traditional values that Unisystems HVAC was built upon.
Today, Petr and Paul co-own and operate Unisystems HVAC together, working side by side to deliver dependable heating and cooling services backed by decades of combined experience.
Unisystems HVAC has grown primarily through referrals earned over more than 15 years of reliable service. The company’s reputation is built on trust, consistency, and a straightforward approach to HVAC work.
